The Cherokee project is set to push off in January.

Thanks Chris for setting this up and being the clubs official mail getter.

The motion was made and carried to raise the donation amount to Children’s Home Society to $1000 for this year.

Norm mentioned another group (which he couldn’t remember the name to, old age??) that wanted to team up with us during the car wash’s to raise money for miracle camp. This was tabled until we could get some more information, but looking at the Cherokee as the moneymaker next year for charity we will probably do fewer car washes.

December Events:
3-5th – Camping trip to Karic Lake. Greg Jensen to lead ride. There will be a ride on Saturday for those that don’t want to camp. Normal meeting time of 9:30.

17th – Christmas Party at Mike & Pepper’s house. Call Mike with side dish/ drink request. There will be a gift exchange so to get one you must bring one. Mark weather Male/ Female/ Either. Remember this is a family event, so let’s be nice.

New Business:
Gray Rock ride scheduled for March 3-5. $85 per vehicle to ride, money due to Mike Rios or Dwayne Morris by the February meeting No exceptions.

Project Jeep Cherokee: We have the vehicle and will be talking at the January Meeting about having events for the club and visitors to go and work on it including BBQ’s. We need to get the advertising figured out and finish getting sponsors for parts and facilities to get work done.

Charity: We gave a check for $#1000.00 to the Children’s Home Society by their request this year because they have a lot of extra children from the Hurricane disasters this year.

January Events:
14 January – Club Ride to Scavan Point. Mike Burtt to lead the ride. Meet at the Tom Thumb on the Corner of *& and 3999. Meet at 9:00am, drivers meeting at 9:25, Roll at 9:30.
