Welcomed Visitors:

Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer's Report was reviewed

Reviewed minutes from previous meeting.

Old Business:
Chris will have the P.O. Box number for us next meeting.

The Club project Cherokee will be going to Chris's shop for the work to be done on it. If you want to participate in the project you are welcome to, but participation is strictly volunteer.

For everyone who remembers Sugar Bear that we did a carwash for and the ride a while back. She has also passed away. Many condolences from the club to her parents and friends.

Gray Rock will be having a Fall Crawl event sometime coming up. Figures I'm missing a date on this one. Dwayne or Mike should have the information, or you can check their website. The tickets should be $65 per vehicle with an additional $5 per passenger.

The club will be doing a Santa ride for the Childrens Home Society before Christmas. Chris was going to contact CHS to find out what gifts would be appropriate. Shane volunteered his Limo to be the Sleigh. Though we are still looking for Santa (but if Shane is Santa, Ed said he'd be the Elf)

October Events:
13th-15th - Club camping trip to Carrot Lake. Camping trip went well, some people camed on the opposite side of the lake. Not that bad of a walk between the sites, only about 10 minutes. Just to prove that you don't have to actually bring your Jeep to wheel, Chris took his new GMC 2500 out into the woods. Something about A/C and comfort. There of course was some debate as to whom was actually lost, but in the end it was determined that it was just a case of being detained.. That's the story. Tom lead a deer spotting ride in the afternoon and of course bobby feeling like everyone needed some excitement decided to take his driveshaft apart. And of course nature provided a fantastic view in the early morning.

New Business:
The P.O. box will be available next meeting, something about actually having to pay for it first. Government want's there money.

A couple possibilities came up about the donated Jeep and how it should be used for the charity. Everything from raffeling the Jeep off, to donating it. Thought it does look like we will be using it for next year's charity. Chris will be talking to Children's Home Society to see what they really need for the Christmas season.

Discussed the possibility of a Camping trip the first week of December. More to be discussed at the end of Novemeber.

November Events:
5th - Blackwater ride - Norm to lead. Meet at the texas road house in Milton. Meet at 9:00, Roll at 9:30. Plan to be out of the woods by mid afternoon for the hunters.

Swap and Sell: (Prices subject to change without notice)
Nothing this time around

Pass the Hat
Next Meeting - 29 November 05
Meeting Adjourned.
