Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer's Report was reviewed. We wrote the check to Children’s Home Society. They were very appreciative for our donations to their organization. Ed also has T-shirts and windshield logo’s if you want any.

Reviewed minutes from previous meeting.

Old Business:
Childrens Home Society was again voted in as the Charity for the year.

Start thinking about things for the 2nd annual White Sands Jeep Club charity car show. We will be doing it a little earlier this year.

Some plaques were presented to Ed, Dwayne, Norm, Glinda, and Tom for all of their hard work last year especially on the car show. We also presented a plaque to Mesquite Charlies for hosting us for an entire year and giving us good service.

A warning for all of you who have mail boxes near the road. The Mailbox Masher was sited driving a Red GMC Envoy near Norms house after his mailbox was destroyed. For some reason the guy driving looked just like ED.. Wait it was Ed. Norm is excepting donation at the Norms Mailbox Fund.

Start thinking about the spring camping trip. Where and when?

First weekend of March there will be a Marsh Mountain run. The weekend is $50. Get in contact with Dwayne for more information.

February Events:
10th – Blackwater/ Munson ride – This was a slow ride. I few nice area’s to challenge the vehicles, but not to much. Most of the day was spent observing the fact that Perry is very capable of breaking brand new parts.

17th Cherokee work day – We had to cancel this due to the very cold weather for the day.

New Business:
Ed has acquired a 4x4 cherokee with out an engine. The interior is in better condition than our current charity project, so the plan is to swap over the interiors.

The club expressed it’s sincere appreciation to Mike Burtt for all the plaque work he did for us. Mike is leaving the area and moving to Oklahoma City soon.

The 2nd annual club charity car show is tentatively scheduled for the 6th of October.

Keep thinking about where we would like to do a spring camping trip.

March Events:
3rd – Marsh Mountain Trip

17th – Cherokee work day. We will meet at 0830 at the waffle house in P-ridge for some warm breakfast and then a good day’s work on the Cherokee.

24th – Charity car wash at Milton Dodge. We will meet at Milton Dodge at 0930 and wash when the first car shows up.
