Meeting: 29 July 2008

Welcomed Visitors: There were no visitors. 

Treasures’ Report:  Ed reports that there is 1449.36 dollars in the bank account.

       There are plenty of t-shirts and car logos.

Old Business:

1.   July 19th- Canoe Creek ride   Perry, Tom and Dwayne were the only members present.  Some challenges were met esp. by Perry.

2.   July 12-Car wash.  This was cancelled due to weather.

New Business:

1.   Dwayne mention about the upcoming Buddy walk at the PJC Milton Campus that would be a great time to do a car wash.  Motion passed.

Rides for August:

1.   August 09, Eglin ride.  Meet at the Tom Thumb on Hickory Hammock and Hwy 87 at 9.00 am and ride at 9.30.

2.   August 16, there will be a car wash at Milton Dodge/Jeep in Milton.  Time to start is 9.00 pending weather.  Ed will bringing the Cherokee and we will be selling raffle tickets at this event.  In case of bad weather, the car wash will be held on the 30^th.

Officer Nominations- Dwayne made a motion for the club to nominate new officers.  The present officers will stay one more year. 

Stuck fund.   There were no stucks this month.

Pass the hat- 26 dollars were gathered during pass the hat..

Upcoming events.

1.   Set your calendar for the WSJC Annual Car Show, November 8, 2008 at Oreillys on Caroline street in Pace.  There are 12 paid members with 3 lifetime members

2.   October 11, 2008.  Buddy Walk at Milton PJC Campus.  The jeep club will be doing a car wash to raise funds for our club charity.
